Call, text, or send the form. A person answers.
One conversation, about 30 minutes, free. A real person, not a call center, no pressure at any point, and no is a complete answer.
Whichever is easier tonight.
Call if you want to talk it through. Text if you would rather type. Send the form if you would rather lay it all out first.
- (561) 397-9829 If we miss you, leave a message. If you want a specific time, say so and we will hold it.
- Text us at (561) 397-9829 Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- hello@anchorresolve.com Attach nothing yet. We will tell you exactly what we need, and arrange a secure way to share it.
- 1031 Ives Dairy Rd, Suite 222, Miami, FL 33179 The office address, for verification. We work with owners across the United States by phone, text, and email. In person by appointment, if a desk would help.
Keeping your business afloat.
What happens after you reach out.
Three things, in this order, and then nothing unless you want it.
- A real person reads what you sent and calls or texts you back. If you want a specific time, say so and we will hold it. Not a dialer, not a script.
- You talk for about 30 minutes, free. You describe what is happening; we ask questions and tell you honestly whether we think we can help, or where you should go instead.
- You decide what happens next, on your schedule. Nothing is shared with lenders or brokers, nothing is signed, and if the timing is wrong, that is the end of it.
What do you need to have ready? Nothing.
Come as you are. The first call is a conversation, not an audit, and nothing is required to start. If any of this is easy to grab, it helps us give you sharper answers, but none of it has to happen tonight.
Contracts and bank statements matter later, at the review stage, and we will tell you exactly which ones when we get there.
- A rough list of your advances.
Who, and roughly how much each one drafts. A guess is fine.
- A note of anything that has already happened.
A bounced draft, a letter from a funder, a notice to your card processor, a freeze.
- Your questions, including the uncomfortable ones.
Whether this is a scam. Whether you should stop paying. Whether the business is even saveable. Ask them.
Reaching out does not sign you up for anything, and it does not start a campaign of calls.
No pressure, meant literally.
One conversation, and what happens next is your call. No countdowns, no follow-up barrage, no “this offer expires today”. If you tell us the timing is wrong, we note it and stop.
If there is a real clock in your situation, a frozen account or a court deadline, we will name it plainly, because that clock is yours. We do not attach clocks of our own.
Before you press send.
Is the consultation really free, with no strings?
Yes. The consultation and the review of your position both cost nothing and commit you to nothing. Anchor Resolve charges a fee for its services, and every fee is set out in the program documents you review and sign before any work begins.
Will you keep calling if I am not ready?
No. There are no deadlines on our side and no repeat-call campaigns. Take the options from the call and sit with them as long as you need. Ask us not to call and we note it on your file. If you opted in to texts, reply STOP at any time and they end.
Who sees what I type into this form?
The people working your inquiry at Anchor Resolve, and no one else. Nothing is shared with lenders or brokers, and nothing is sold. Please leave out Social Security numbers and full bank account numbers; if we need documents later we arrange a secure way to share them. Our Privacy Policy spells out the rest.
