Here is exactly who we are, what we do, what we do not do, and what you should understand before working with us or with anyone in this industry.
Who we are
Anchor Resolve is a merchant cash advance debt relief firm that helps small business owners across the United States renegotiate stacked MCA balances and replace daily and weekly withdrawals with one manageable payment. Our office is at 1031 Ives Dairy Rd, Suite 222, Miami, FL 33179, and the business line is (561) 397-9829. We work with small business owners who are struggling with merchant cash advance (MCA) obligations and other business debts. Our work is negotiation and advisory in nature: we review your situation, and where we believe we can help, we work to negotiate modified terms or reduced payoffs with your funders on your behalf under the program documents you review and sign.
A UCC lien or a judgment does not put your business outside what we do. We work with owners who have liens filed against their receivables and owners with judgments already entered. What changes is the order of operations and who else has to be involved. A lawsuit runs on court deadlines that do not move for negotiations, and only a licensed attorney in your state can file an answer or appear in court, so if you have been served, talk to one now.
You will not find inflated client counts, invented years in business, or borrowed trust badges on this site. What we offer is a clear process, honest expectations, and written terms.
How the work is performed
Anchor Resolve is the firm you hire and the firm you deal with. We review every position, build the plan with you, hold your program documents, and stay your point of contact from the first call through the last signed agreement. The renegotiation with your funders is carried out by Anchor Resolve and its negotiation partners, firms we contract with and supervise for that work. Your agreement is with Anchor Resolve, your fees are disclosed in the program documents you sign before the work begins, and you pay one firm, which is us. Information about your positions is shared with a negotiation partner only as far as the work requires, under contract and under confidentiality. Your mobile number and your text message consent are not part of that and are never shared with anyone.
We are not a law firm
Anchor Resolve is not a law firm, and no one at Anchor Resolve will act as your attorney. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. Nothing on this website and nothing we say in a consultation is legal advice.
Some MCA situations have serious legal dimensions: lawsuits, judgments, confessions of judgment, UCC lien filings, and frozen bank accounts. If your situation involves or may involve these, you should consult a licensed attorney in your state, and we will tell you so when we see it. We do not select, control, or take responsibility for any attorney you hire.
We also do not provide tax or accounting advice. Forgiven or canceled debt can have tax consequences (see Risks below), and you should consult a tax professional about your specific situation.
What we do not do
- We do not lend money, broker financing, or refinance advances.
- We do not guarantee that any debt will be reduced, restructured, or resolved.
- We do not promise any savings amount, percentage, or timeline.
-
We cannot force any funder or creditor to negotiate.
Participation by your creditors is voluntary on their part.
-
We cannot stop a funder from acting while negotiations are ongoing.
That includes collecting, filing a UCC lien, drawing on a personal guarantee, or filing a lawsuit.
-
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency.
There is no government MCA relief program that we administer.
- We do not provide credit repair services.
Risks of debt relief you should understand
Renegotiating and restructuring business debt can genuinely help some businesses. It also carries real risks, and anyone who hides them from you is not being straight with you:
- Collection activity can continue. Until an agreement is reached with a funder, that funder may continue collection efforts, continue ACH drafts under your contract, add fees where the contract allows, file a UCC lien, notify your card processor or customers where the contract allows, or file a lawsuit. Entering negotiations does not pause your contracts.
- Lawsuits and judgments are possible. If your agreement includes a personal guarantee or a confession of judgment, a funder may pursue you personally, and in some cases may obtain a judgment quickly. These are legal matters for a licensed attorney.
- Stopping or reducing payments is risky. If any strategy involves paying less than your contracts require, that is typically a default under those contracts and can trigger the consequences above. We will discuss the tradeoffs with you honestly before you decide anything.
- Credit impact. Settlement activity, missed payments, defaults, liens, and judgments can negatively affect your business credit profile and, where debts are personally guaranteed, your personal credit.
- Tax consequences. Forgiven or canceled debt may be treated as taxable income. Consult a tax professional. Our guide to whether forgiven MCA debt is taxable explains the general IRS rules.
- No universal fit. Debt relief is not the right tool for every business. In some cases bankruptcy, refinancing, revenue changes, or simply negotiating directly may serve you better. If we believe we are not the right fit, we will say so.
How our fees work
Anchor Resolve charges a fee for its services. Every fee is set out in the program documents you review and sign before any work begins. There is no separate fee agreement, and there is no fee that was not in the documents you signed. The consultation and the position review are free and commit you to nothing. If anyone asks you for money before you have read and signed those documents, stop and call us.
State availability
Debt relief and debt adjusting are regulated state by state. Some states require registration or licensure, some restrict who may provide these services, and some prohibit for-profit providers entirely. Most of those statutes are written around individuals and consumer debt, and our work is business debt owed by business entities, but the line is not the same in every state, and a personal guarantee can change the analysis. We offer our services only where we may lawfully provide them. During your consultation we will confirm whether we can work with a business in your state. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services in any state where we may not lawfully do so, and we do not provide consumer debt relief, credit repair, or credit counseling.
